Terletak di Gedung E Lantai 1, Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan, UNDIP, Laboratorium Oseanografi Kimia memfasilitasi mahasiswa dan akademisi dalam melakukan riset berkaitan dengan parameter kimia laut.  Laboratorium ini mencakup fasilitas laboratorium kimia dasar dan kimia analitik. Kimia dasar meliputi penerapan dasar praktikum kimia seperti pembuatan larutan standar, pelarutan, dan penimbangan. Sedangkan kimia analitik meliputi analisa volumetri dan gravimetri. Laboratorium Oseanografi Kimia digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan praktikum dan perkuliahan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Kimia Dasar, Oseanografi Kimia, Kimia Analitik dan Analisis Air Laut, Kimia Lingkungan Laut, maupun Pencemaran Laut.
